工作职责

作为专家工程师协助拓展亚太地区自动驾驶业务；
具备良好的客户需求分析及将需求转化为产品的能力；
设计及开发自动驾驶相关项目的算法；
基于车载硬件开发自动驾驶软件模块；
协助拓展客户及展示自动驾驶相关产品及服务；
向客户提供技术支持；
与德国及北美研发中心保持良好沟通及合作。

岗位需求

具备自动驾驶相关算法研发经历；
熟悉Camera，Lidar，IMU等传感器，了解内部转换算法，熟悉CAN，Ethernrt，Flexray等协议，熟悉(多)传感器融合算法，卡尔曼滤波，可行驶区域检测，轨迹预测，电子地平线，路径规划算法，机器人技术；
具备扎实的C++编程知识及良好的编程习惯；
熟悉软件开发流程(V-model，Agile等)；
熟悉嵌入式系统，有嵌入式车载系统经验优先；
了解相关的硬件开发知识，了解整车基本网络架构，熟悉相关ECU；
具有良好的问题解决能力及良好的团队合作能力，能独立的开展及完成日常工作任务；
具有良好的沟通及表达能力，以及良好的跨区域团队协调沟通能力；
可接受短期出差；
具有良好的中英文口语及书面表达能力。

Expert for the development of Highly
Automated Driving in China

Your responsibilities

You will be our expert to start the growth of our Highly Automated Driving (HAD) business in the Asian region
You are responsible for initial concept development and project setup for local customers
You develop autonomous driving software components on automotive hardware
You adapt and implement algorithms for local HAD projects
You present our HAD products and services in local customer meetings
You provide technical support to our local customers
You are closely aligned with our development centers in Germany and in the US

Your profile

You have a very strong background in algorithms
You are familiar with some of the following topics:sensors like camera，Lidar，IMU，familiar with CAN，Ethernet，FlexRay，sensor data fusion，Kalman filter，free space extraction，path planning，electronic horizon，robotics in general
You are experienced in C++
You know software development processes such as the V-model
You are experienced in embedded systems，ideally in embedded automotive systems
You have no fear of working with hardware，familiar with automotive network
You have a university degree in Computer Sciences，Robotics，Automotive Engineering，Mathematics，or similar
You work autonomously and in a self-reliant way
You are a problem solver and team player
You are skilled in communication and presentation
You are able to network on cross-location level
You are willing to travel
You are fluent in English and Mandarin，both written and spoken
