Test Support Engineer - Simcenter Test-(Location: Guangzhou)
Job Description
Responsible for installation and training of Simcenter test products;
Provide timely technical support to the customers, including on-line, on-site, hotline;
Provide technical assistance to the sales team for the system extension and renewing;
Master the knowledge of existing products, and keep continuously leamning the newest product technology;
Qualifications
Master's degree or above, preferably with major in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Dynamics, or equivalent;
Experience with Simcenter Testlab, Test Xpress or relevant knowledge of similar products (e.g.B&K, Head Acoustics) is preferred;
Willingness to travel and perform on-site professional service at customers;
Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
Self-motivated, team oriented, objective driven;
