Job Title: Sales Engineer – Test BU
Main responsibilities:
• To be member of testing sales team to develop for Moog business opportunities within Moog’s China Region.
• Mainly focus on Auto Test market to implement and execute business plan for this market;
• Develop and maintain key relationships at OEM Design centers, Tier1 and Tier 2 Suppliers, Testing Labs and other potential customers for new opportunities in the a testing Market.
• Handle tender/bidding and prepare proposal based on company pricing policy
• Prepare and maintain Account Plans, Sales activities plans, Business Forecasts, and business travel to meet and execute according to business needs.
• Provide all relevant marketing and technical support to Moog Test business development and project management support activities for existing and planned business in the China Region.
Qualifications:
Education/degree
• Bachelor degree or above in Automation, Mechanical, Automotive, Hydraulic or other industry engineering
• Further education would be a plus
Work experience
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in Automotive, Industry Automation or Hydraulic market.
• Experience in or automotive industry or testing system is a plus.
Other skills, experiences or highly desirable qualifications
• Dedication and self-motivation is a must. Proven sales track record and someone who consistently meets sales goals.
• Knowledgeable in discussing technical requirements, intercept customer’s requirements and build strong working relationship with customer to design & offer flexible solutions. (Chinese & English)
• Advanced verbal comprehension, technical writing & reading skills. (Chinese & English)
• Good presentation and communication skill is highly desirable;
• Strategic selling skills (like Miller Heiman) are desirable.
Location: Shanghai
Language Skills: Native Mandarin speaker with very Good command of English language
Travel Requirements: China & Regional
Future Opportunities: Opportunities exist to progress to other roles within Moog in Asia-Pacific. , and in Europe and the U.S.
