1. Purpose of the Position
On the one hand, with the continuous growth of business of Kistler vehicle dynamic and durability in China, the current service capacity cannot meet the requirements from our customers on time. On the other hand, the two channel wheel force transducer calibration(WFT) system in Kislter France will be moved to China and installed in Kistler Shanghai calibration lab, in this case, we need one more human resource to support the business of service and calibration in vehicle dynamic and durability application in China.
2. Main Tasks
- Responsible for the installation and commissioning of products, such as wheel force transducer, optical sensor, and so on
- Diagnose and solve problems from customers
- Coordinate with sales to promote vehicle dynamic and durability related products
- Coordinate with maintenance engineer to handle the technology problem from repair department
- Handle product quality problem
- Support vehicle dynamic and durability department’s marketing activities
- Responsible for local wheel force transducer calibration
- Finish tasks from service operations manager
3. Competencies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skill and problem solving ability
- Good ability of language expression
- Good ability to work under pressure
- Good ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good self-learning ability
- Good ability in spoken and written English
- Good ability to operate office software
4. Requirements Profile
- At least bachelor degree in automotive engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in automobile road testing or equivalent
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Self-motivated and positive attitude of working
- Willing to learn new knowledge initiatively
- Willing to travel often
