  • Responsible for tooling and logistics of production line equipment as well as ergonomic standardization

  • Execute drawing releases, handle engineering changes (internal, customer and suppliers), and document necessary materials during all project phases, including BOM/ECN/DFMEA/CC&SC/DVP, etc.

工作职责
  • Identify and recommend suppliers (which fit into the Global Purchasing Strategy) to the local Purchasing Manager and global Commodity Leader
  • Develop competitive suppliers together with SQE the team. Improve suppliers with respect to Best in Class: Quality, Cost, Time and Service
  • Regularly review the local supplier portfolio with respect to the Global Purchasing Strategy and update/ improve the supplier portfolio if necessary
  • Work closely with the global purchasing team and communicate with global purchasing members regularly to align strategy

CAE Engineer 仿真工程师
工作职责
  • Provide virtual verification for product development, design and execute simulation plans, make the report and explain the result
  • Accomplish MBS analysis independently, verify and optimize the design of product, responsible for kinematics and dynamics simulation. Acquire key results like force, displacement, velocity, acceleration and etc. for any part under any case, and as a reference for design or FEA analysis
  • Make a contrast or relevance between the simulation and real test, evaluate the deviation between them, adjust boundary conditions of simulation accordingly, make a conclusion for advantages and disadvantages in CAE analysis during project development and gather these experience
  • Participate DFMEA and design review actively
  • Identify the potential demand of product development to CAE analysis, explore the advanced CAE analysis technology based on the characteristics of our own product
  • Able to take CAE analysis and solve problems independently
  • Support other departments when necessary
职位要求
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering. Master of Science in above Engineering fields is a plus

  • Create, develop and realize high quality product design from concept to finalization in a collaborative environment, in a timely manner and in a cost effective way.
  • Apply current product design to new platform perhaps with optimization and localization.
  • Support SL to obtain new project. Make product solution and analyze feasibility according to RFQ. And prepare related technical documents.
  • Participate in product specification definition and create DVP&R accordingly. And ensure pass all tests according to timeline.
  • Execute drawing releases, handle engineering changes (internal, customer and suppliers), and document necessary materials during all project phases.
  • Create bill of materials (BOM) and maintain.
  • Create 3D and 2D drawing in Smart-team according to internal specification.
  • Communicate with customers periodically and effectively to obtain technical agreements and to get technical requirements from customers. Provide technical support/solutions to customer.
  • Design and implement changes to existing parts to resolve field problems and improve product performance and reliability.
